Privacy lawyer, technologist, and founder of TrustDPO
Flávio Monteiro Napoleão is a Brazilian lawyer and technologist with more than two decades of combined legal and technical experience. He is the founder of TrustDPO — Human Intelligence for Data & AI Governance — and is building PIA Studio, a workflow product for privacy professionals.
He is the author of Privacy Impact Assessment Basics and Algorithmic Bias, and holds CIPP/C, CIPP/E, CIPM, and CDPO/BR (IAPP), and Certified in Cybersecurity (CC, ISC2).
